Handmade to Order
Most of our ceramic amulets are handmade after you place your order. This means that production times may vary, depending on current orders and material availability. We appreciate your patience—each piece is crafted with care and intention.

Raku-Fired & One of a Kind
Our amulets are made using the traditional Raku firing process, which results in rough, organic textures and unpredictable finishes. Every piece is unique—no two are exactly alike.

Materials & Care
Materials such as wood and seeds are often incorporated into the ceramic amulets. These materials are not waterproof and may swell or deform when exposed to water.
    If your amulet gets wet, open the silver case and allow everything to dry completely.
    Avoid submerging or wearing in the shower or while swimming.

Shipping & Delivery
Since everything is made by hand, please allow extra time for production before shipping. You'll receive an update when your amulet is on its way. If you have a deadline or special request, feel free to contact us before ordering.

International Orders
We are based in Europe and do ship worldwide. However, if you're ordering from outside the EU, please be aware that your country may charge import taxes, customs duties, or other fees upon delivery.
These costs are not included in the item price or shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Returns or Exchanges
Because each amulet is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error in your order.

If something isn't right,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

How long will my order take?
Each piece is made by hand. Depending on materials and order volume, it may take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks before shipping. If you need your amulet by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Sometimes, yes! If you have a special idea or intention for your amulet, feel free to reach out. We’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Are the amulets waterproof?
No. The materials we use—ceramic, wood, seeds, and silver—are not waterproof. If your amulet gets wet, open it and allow it to dry completely.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But please be aware that orders outside the EU may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
